Ordering Tickets

You can reserve places for your students in several ways. 

1. Online Form. To reserve your seats immediately, please fill out and submit the Thousand Oaks (Kavli Theatre) Online Order form. 

Be sure to press the "Order Tickets Now" button when you have finished filling out the form!

2. By Email. To order immediately, please fill out this form and then press the Submit button to send it to Ramona at ramona@fieldtrips4kids.com. You will receive confirmation that Ramona has received your order and information regarding payment and tickets.

3. By Phone. You can also call Ramona at 1 (805) 496-1233

4. By Postal Mail. If you prefer, you may print out the order form (make sure it is filled out) and return the form along with a check made out to
